💛 Why is my Concentrate a different color?
The color difference is a completely normal variation of a plant and mineral based product.The color of the chamomile specifically varies in two ways: different crop yields have different colors and it gets darker with time. The color can range from very pale to a deep amber, and it’s all normal. It’s a good thing!We use the highest quality ingredients so every bottle of Concentrate is just as safe and effective as the next.

Contiguous United States – Packages will ship via Better Trucks or UPS. PO Box addresses ship via DHL. For quicker delivery, please use a physical shipping address.
Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO – Packages ship using International Bridge, which feeds into the USPS systsem. PO Box addresses to AK, HI and US Territories will ship via DHL. For quicker delivery, please use a physical shipping address.
Canada – Orders ship via Passport.

Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Canada Shipping: $15 USD/$21 CAD flat rate

Shipping and Delivery Times
Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), and usually ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed during promotions, holidays and at the beginning and end of the month may experience a slight delay in shipping due to an increase in order volume.
Regardless of the shipping method, packages ship from our warehouse in Ohio and typically deliver in 2-8 business days after they ship; however, additional delivery delays are not uncommon due to weather.
Please expect longer ship times to US PO Boxes and for Alberta, British Columbia or remote Canadian locations.
